Lanjaron Plot Of Land With Ruin
A large plot of land, south facing with wonderful views, with a 50 m2 ruin to restore.
The land is reached by 3 km of track from Lanjarón, and is located at an altitude of 900m. Its area is 11,000 m2 and it consists of terraced hillside land, with four terraces with olive trees.
There is at the top of the land a water deposit, shared with neighbours, which supplies abundant water from the rio Lanjarón.
On the land is a 50 m2 ruined cortijo, for which an architect's project has been prepared for the construction of an equal sized one bedroom dwelling (see plan in photos). There are wonderful views to the south with the Mediterranean (and on clear days the Rif mountains of Morocco) visible.
Apart from the track access there is a mule track that goes down to the town, part of which forms a GR hiker's trail. This finca would make a wonderful holiday home for someone prepared to take on the project.

Gran terreno, orientación sur con maravillosas vistas, con una ruina de 50 m2 para restaurar.
Al terreno se accede por 3 km de pista desde Lanjarón, y se encuentra a una altitud de 900m. Su superficie es de 11.000 m2 y se compone de bancales en ladera, con cuatro terrazas con olivos.
En lo alto del terreno existe un depósito de agua, compartido con los vecinos, que abastece abundante agua del río Lanjarón.
En el terreno hay un cortijo en ruinas de 50 m2, para el cual se ha elaborado un proyecto de arquitecto para la construcción de una vivienda de un dormitorio de igual tamaño (ver plano en fotos). Hay maravillosas vistas hacia el sur con el Mediterráneo (y en días despejados las montañas del Rif de Marruecos) visibles.
Aparte del camino de acceso hay un camino de herradura que baja al pueblo, parte del cual forma un sendero senderista GR. Esta finca sería una maravillosa casa de vacaciones para alguien dispuesto a asumir el proyecto.
