A beautiful modern three bedroom cortijo, on 6.130m2 of hillside land, located a short distance below the village of Carataunas. Reached by a steep cement road, the finca is south facing, so gets plenty of sun, and has wonderful views to the Sierra Lujar, the Guadalfeo valley and in the distance the Mediterranean. The building is 119 m2, and consists of a large living room with fireplace, an attached fully fitted modern kitchen, and a corridor which leads to a bathroom and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have independent access to the outside, and one has an ensuite shower room. Un hermoso cortijo moderno de tres dormitorios, en 6.130 m2 de terreno en la ladera, ubicado a poca distancia debajo del pueblo de Carataunas. A la que se llega por un camino empinado de cemento, la finca está orientada al sur, por lo que recibe mucho sol y tiene maravillosas vistas a la Sierra Lújar, el valle del Guadalfeo y, a lo lejos, el Mediterráneo. El edificio tiene 119 m2 y consta de un gran salón con chimenea, una cocina moderna anexa totalmente equipada y un pasillo que conduce a un baño y tres dormitorios. Dos de los dormitorios tienen acceso independiente al exterior y uno tiene un baño privado con ducha. A la entrada de la casa hay un patio cubierto y detrás de la casa hay otro patio/lavadero cubierto. Alrededor de la casa hay una terraza, desde la cual los escalones conducen al terreno detrás de la casa y también al terreno debajo de ella.
La casa tiene agua del pueblo conectada, pero no electricidad.... el propietario ha optado por paneles solares, aunque se podría conectar electricidad. El terreno es de 4.900 m2 de ladera, clasificado como mitad de regadío (el terreno tiene derechos de agua) y mitad de pasto.
