A very nice two level house with four bedrooms, a pool and a garden, located at the edge of the village of Izbor. The house dates from 1948 but has been reformed and modernised. Entrando por la entrada del nivel inferior de la calle, se llega a una gran sala de estar, desde la cual las escaleras conducen al nivel superior. A un lado se encuentra una amplia cocina con en un extremo un salón con chimenea con estufa de leña de doble puerta. El nivel superior tiene una gran área de descanso/sala de estar, tres dormitorios, uno con un balcón con vista al jardín y una habitación delantera (dormitorio) que se abre al nivel superior de la calle. También hay un w.c. Y un baño, y al lado un gran termo eléctrico. Desde el nivel superior, las escaleras conducen a la terraza de la azotea, que tiene hermosas vistas al valle de Lecrín. En el nivel inferior, la sala de estar se abre a una terraza cubierta con un patio adyacente y, a poca distancia, la piscina, con área de almacenamiento adjunta y w.c. . La piscina no tiene sistema de bomba/filtro, el agua de la piscina se repone con agua de riego, sobre la cual el terreno tiene derechos. El jardín tiene unos 400 m2 y tiene muchos árboles frutales....aguacate, naranja, limón, higuera, granada.
