The house is in good structural condition, although it is roofed with asbestos, resting on the original woodens beams, which are sound. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a (bed)room and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, with a bedroom, a living room-kitchen area, and an adjacent utility room. The lower ground floor has a separate street entrance and consist of three rooms, from the middle of which a now blocked off staircase leads to the upper ground floor. Although the house needs some work, it still represents very good value for money.

En la planta baja hay un gran salón, un dormitorio y un baño. Las escaleras conducen al primer piso, con un dormitorio, un área de sala de estar-cocina y un lavadero adyacente. La planta baja tiene una entrada independiente desde la calle y consta de tres habitaciones, desde el centro de las cuales una escalera ahora bloqueada conduce a la planta baja superior. Aunque la casa necesita algo de trabajo, todavía representa una muy buena relación calidad-precio.
