A beautiful large village house, restored from a ruin, on a quiet street in a central location in Guajar Faraguit, a peaceful picturesque village in the stunningly beautiful valley of los Guajares. The valley is located a short distance from the coast and has easy access to the north-south motorway between Granada city and the coast.
The house has two separate independent parts. There is a common ground level terrace, of 140 m2, with a swimming pool set in a cave, (solar) heated with a jacuzzi and waterfall. Also there is a large (100 m2) roof terrace, with very fine views, accessed from the patio by a spiral staircase. The terrace, has two pergolas, and a barbecue.
The total built area of the two levels of the house is 220 m2.
Each level has independent access. One part has two bedrooms, the other part one bedroom. Each part has its own kitchen, living room and shower room. The finishing is of very good quality, and most of the furniture is hand made.
The two parts let very successfully for holidays.

Una hermosa casa de pueblo grande, restaurada de una ruina, en una calle tranquila en una ubicación central en Guajar Faraguit, un pueblo tranquilo y pintoresco en el increíblemente hermoso valle de los Guajares. El valle se encuentra a poca distancia de la costa y tiene fácil acceso a la autopista norte-sur entre la ciudad de Granada y la costa. La casa tiene dos partes independientes separadas. Hay una terraza común a nivel del suelo, de 140 m2, con una piscina ubicada en una cueva, (solar) climatizada con jacuzzi y cascada. También hay una gran azotea (100 m2), con muy buenas vistas, a la que se accede desde el patio por una escalera de caracol. La terraza, tiene dos pérgolas, y barbacoa. La superficie total construida de los dos niveles de la casa es de 220 m2. Cada nivel tiene acceso independiente. Una parte tiene dos dormitorios, la otra parte un dormitorio. Cada parte tiene su propia cocina, sala de estar y baño con ducha. El acabado es de muy buena calidad y la mayoría de los muebles están hechos a mano. Las dos partes dejaron con mucho éxito para las vacaciones.

The Alpujarra is a natural and historical region in Andalusia, Spain, on the south slopes of the Sierra Nevada and the adjacent valley, Granada it is sometimes referred to in the plural as Las Alpujarras. The administrative centre of the part in Granada is Órgiva, Olives are grown on the lower slopes, and in the valley below which extends from Órgiva to Cadiar, through which flows the Guadalfeo river. The plentiful water, milder climate, and fertile land favour the cultivation of grapes, citrus, and other fruit. There is also a developing production of wine on the hills between this valley and the sea, and almond trees thrive on its southern slopes.
