A large finca consisting of 9,800 m2 of land, two modern buildings of 3 and 2 bedrooms, a pool, and two yurts, and which is a successful business ( yoga retreats and rentals) with five star reviews. It is located about 4km from Lanjaron, with good access.
The two cortijos are of modern construction, larger of 100m2 and with 2-3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a large living/dining room and kitchen, and a shower room. There is an east facing terrace with pergola at the side of the house.
The second, smaller ( 75 m2) cortijo has two bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, a living/dining and ktichen area, a walk-in pantry and a second shower room. There is a small terrace at the side of the house.
Both cortjios have woodburning stoves and double glazing. The solar panels supply electricity sufficient for lighting, electronics and cold wash washing machines. Refrigerators and cookers are gas.
Also on the land are two yurts, of 32 m2 and 18 m2, with adjacent composting toilet, and a sauna. Close by is a swimming pool with full pump and filter system, powered by a solar pump. The pool has a sliding cover to extend the swimming season.
The land is gently sloping terraced irrigated olive land, with a drip irrigation system installed. Water for domestic use and irrigation comes from two boreholes, one shared with a neighbour, and both registered with the Federacion Hidrografica.

Hay una pequeña terraza al costado de la casa. Ambos cortjios tienen estufas de leña y doble acristalamiento. Los paneles solares suministran electricidad suficiente para iluminación, electrónica y lavadoras en frío. Los refrigeradores y cocinas son de gas. También en el terreno hay dos yurtas, de 32 m2 y 18 m2, con baño de compostaje adyacente y sauna. Muy cerca hay una piscina con bomba completa y sistema de filtrado, alimentada por una bomba solar.
