The finca is reached by four km of track ( 3km asphalt, the last 1 km dirt track) from Lanjaron, and is close to the Rules reservoir, and the motorway down to the coast. The motorway is largely out of sight behind the trees, but it can be heard. Un pequeño cortijo de tres habitaciones en una gran parcela de olivos, ubicado al sur de Lanjarón. A la finca se llega por cuatro km de pista (3 km de asfalto, el último 1 km de pista de tierra) desde Lanjarón, y está cerca del embalse de Rules, y de la autovía que baja a la costa. La autopista está en gran parte fuera de la vista detrás de los árboles, pero se puede escuchar. El terreno son dos parcelas contiguas, en total 1,5 Ha, con 315 olivos, que rinden anualmente entre 8.000 y 20.000 kilos. El terreno es un terreno de ladera en terrazas, clasificado como olivar de regadío, y tiene abundante agua para riego durante todo el año, con un sistema de riego por goteo instalado. Hay hermosas vistas al sur y al oeste, al valle del Gudalfeo y al embalse de Rules.

Lanjaron spa town is at the start of the Alpujarras, the town's population is some 3485 inhabitants in 2018 and is a popular Spanish tourist area in the summer months.
