Torviscon 3 houses with gardens needs some reforming
A two storey house with three to four bedrooms, a roof terrace, outhouses and a garden, located at the lower edge of Torvizcon, with good access.
The house dates from 1940, and has in total 185 m2 built, with the garden being 270 m2.
Entering from the lower street level, one comes into a small courtyard, with on one side a small building of 13 m2, originally a stable. On the other side is the entrance to the ground floor of the main house. There is a front living room, and to one side a door opening into the kitchen, from which doors lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room opens into a back (bed)room.
Access to the first floor is via steps from the garden, as well as via steps from the alleyway that connects the two streets that are above and below the house.
The first floor consists of a front room with a fireplace and a small kitchen area, a bedroom and a back living room that has one door opening onto the roof terrace that has fine views over the town to the country side, and another door opening onto the alleyway at one side of the house. The garden is walled and has almond, orange, and lemon trees. There is a small outhouse that has a bathroom and a utility room and at the far end of the garden is a two storey building of sound construction, in all 60 m2, used as a store room and corral. The lower floor of this building opens onto the lower street.
The house is in good structural condition, and although the first floor is roofed with corrugated asbestos the ceilings are sound.
Town houses with gardens are relatively rare, and this one, considering its location and good access, could be turned into an exceptionally nice property.

The Alpujarra is a natural and historical region in Andalusia, Spain, on the south slopes of the Sierra Nevada and the adjacent valley, Granada it is sometimes referred to in the plural as Las Alpujarras. The administrative centre of the part in Granada is Órgiva, Olives are grown on the lower slopes, and in the valley below which extends from Órgiva to Cadiar, through which flows the Guadalfeo river. The plentiful water, milder climate, and fertile land favour the cultivation of grapes, citrus, and other fruit. There is also a developing production of wine on the hills between this valley and the sea, and almond trees thrive on its southern slopes.
